This page explains how your email is handled when you join the Tollyloop waitlist. It is written to meet Article 13 of the EU GDPR.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Nicola Toledo. For anything about your data, write to support@tollyloop.com.

What we collect and why

We store the email address you submit, so we can send you recurring updates about the project: news, progress, and an eventual invite to a Telegram channel. That is the only purpose. Your IP address is processed momentarily to limit abuse of the form and is not stored.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time, with no effect on processing already carried out.

Where it lives and who can see it

Your email is stored in a database hosted by Neon in the EU (Frankfurt) and served through Vercel, our hosting provider. It is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, and it is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you ask us to remove it. There is no fixed expiry: the list exists to keep you posted on the project over time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@tollyloop.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. It is cookieless and collects only anonymous, aggregated usage data, with no cross-site tracking and no profiling. The site sets no tracking or profiling cookies.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects your consent, we will update this page and record which version you agreed to.
